Classic Pianos Alaska is the realization of a 16 year collaboration between Trish Allen, Maurice Unis (Classic Pianos founder), and a national team of piano specialists. They first met in Alaska, in 1998, conducting piano fundraisers to support the Alaska music communities and arts organizations.
Trish Allen, of Classic Pianos Anchorage, is the former owner of the Steinway Piano Gallery in Anchorage and is an experienced sales counselor and shop owner with over 25 years of experience in the Alaska market. Since 1998, she has worked with Maurice Unis, president of Forte Marketing Group and Classic Pianos of Portland, Oregon. Trish has been the moving force behind the Alaska 2010 formation of Classic Pianos Alaska.
Fred Riley, of Classic Pianos Seattle, joined Trish to assist in Alaska piano community in 2010. With a piano tuning background, Fred has 24 years in the piano industry. Networking with Piano Technicians, Educators, & Designers has been his "forte". Fred has a genuine interest in helping people find the perfect instrument for their needs.
